The events generally last about 2.5 hours. Special event classes are 3.5 hours. Private event hours are based on a client’s request. Click here for more information about private events.
Visit our Calendar page. Click on the event of your choice and follow the directions. Once complete, you’ll receive an automatic e-mail confirmation as well as reminders about your event.
A: Yes, we host a variety of private parties onsite and offsite. To book a private party, please call our studio to speak with an event planner or request more information by Clicking here.
A: The calendar is posted in the beginning of each month.
A local artist will provide step by step instructions throughout the event guiding you in creating your very own masterpiece.
A. For a public event, you’ll paint the image that you have selected at the time of registering. However you can get as creative as you want with your painting. For private events, you can choose a painting of your choice from the Sip Tales art gallery or work with our team to come up with a unique painting specific to your event.
A. If you have a large group, we’ll do our best to seat everyone together. It will be helpful to register at the same time and let us know the people you want to sit next to during the registration process.
A: Yes, we strongly recommend to reserve ahead of time because spaces fill up quickly! Walk-ins are welcome but are not guaranteed a spot.
A: We recommend arriving 15 minutes before to set up and get comfortable.
A. Parking is available in the shopping plaza where the studio is located. Additional parking is available in the back of the shopping plaza.
A: Yes, please feel free to bring food or snacks. Please check the events calendar if snacks are provided.
A. Our studio is “BYOB” so feel free to bring an alcoholic beverage of your choice such as wine, beer, pitcher of margaritas or anything other drink of your choice. You must be 21 years or older to consume an alcoholic beverage and please drink responsibly.
A: Yes, we provide wine glasses, plates, cups, silver wear, napkins, etc. All you need to bring is your beverage of choice and we take care of the rest. Canvas, paints, brushes and aprons are also provided.
A: No shows will not be issued a refund or studio credit. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we will issue a refund or a studio credit. For private events, we require a cancellation notice at least 14 days in advance. If you do not cancel 14 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Sip Tales reserves the right to cancel events for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to the event. You will have the option to reschedule for a future class or be issued a refund.
A: All events after 6pm must be ages 18+. You must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages and take full responsibility when hosting a party at our studio.
